Most recently, RunAgra LLC has been engaged in dairy and beef industry restructuring projects in Turkey and Kazakhstan. This work involves developing vertically integrated commercial operations to improve quality and quantity of output. RunAgra LLC regards herd improvement using US genetics and farm management techniques as essential to long-term project success. In addition to developing the project feasibility and business plans for these commercial operations, RunAgra LLC serves as the sourcing agent and logistics manager for all exports required for project implementation.

As the former Secretary of Agriculture for the State of Missouri, company founder and president Jack Runyan has assembled an extensive network of leading agriculture specialists.
